Tikka Boti Cooking Instructions

Marinate the Meat: In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, oil, Desi Lazzat Tikka Masala and ground coriander. Add meat pieces, ensuring they are well-coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Cook the Meat: Preheat your grill or oven to 180°C (350°F). Thread the marinated meat onto skewers. Grill or bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and slightly charred.

Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and sliced green chilies. Serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice.
