
Desi Lazzat Qorma Masala
Qorma Cooking Instructions
Fry Onions: Heat oil/ghee, add onions and fry until golden . Remove it, cool & crush and set aside.
Sauté Aromatics: In the same oil, add ginger & garlic pastes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, add meat pieces and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
Add Desi Lazzat Qorma Masala: Add packet of Desi Lazzat Qorma Masala & Mix well.
Add Yogurt: Reduce heat to low. Gradually add whisked yogurt, stirring continuously to prevent curdling & cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes, until tender.
Add the crushed fried onions, Mix well to thicken the gravy. Sprinkle garam masala powder over the qorma. Stir to combine. Adjust consistency with a little water if needed.
Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, almonds and sliced green chilies. Serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice.
