Biryani Cooking Instructions

Marinate: Mix meat with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and Desi Lazzat Lazzat Biryani Masala. Let it rest for 30 minutes for richer taste.
Sauté: Fry sliced onions until golden. Add chopped tomatoes and cook briefly.
Cook Meat: Add the marinated meat; cook until tender.
Parboil Rice: Boil basmati rice with whole spices until 70% cooked. Drain.
Layer & Dum: In a pot, layer rice over the meat. Drizzle saffron milk. Seal the pot and cook on low heat (dum) for 15–20 minutes.
Serve: Let rest for 10 minutes. Gently mix and serve hot with raita.
