
Desi Lazzat Achar Gosht Masala
Achar Gosht Cooking Instructions
Prepare Spiced Green Chilies: Mix 2 tablespoons of Desi Lazzat Achar Gosht Masala with lemon juice to form a paste. Stuff this paste into the slit green chilies and set aside.
Fry Onions: Heat oil or ghee in a pot over medium heat. Add sliced onions and fry until they become soft and translucent.
Add Meat and Aromatics: Add the meat pieces into the pot. Add ginger and garlic pastes.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add Remaining Masala and Yogurt: Add the remaining Desi Lazzat Achar Gosht Masala to the pot. Pour in the plain yogurt. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
Simmer: Add 1 cup of water to the mixture. Cover the pot and let it cook on low heat until the meat is tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Add Spiced Green Chilies: Once the meat is cooked and the oil separates from the gravy, add the stuffed green chilies to the pot. Cook for an additional 10 minutes on low flame to allow the flavors to meld. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves if desired.
Serving Suggestion: Serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice.
